E Street Property offer a comprehensive range of property inspections for every stage of a tenancy including Inventory, mid-terms and checkouts through their national VeriSmart Property Inspections & Compliance partnership. To compliment this we have our range of compliance reporting solutions to ensure properties and landlords are safe and legal. This service is constantly updated to ensure legislation is met. We include HHSRS, Legionella Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, Smoke & CO Alarm Testing and Energy Performance Certificates to ensure tenants are safe and landlords remain compliant throughout a tenancy.
